WPM manages nearly 25,000 homes in the Mid-Atlantic region, so there’s always exciting news to report about our people and properties.
Senior RPM Team Expands to Support Growth and Leadership Development
As part of our continued investment in strong leadership and support for our property management teams, we are pleased to announce the promotion of Jennifer Alley to the role of Senior Regional Property Manager (Senior RPM). Jennifer joins Annemarie Hobson as one of two Senior RPMs currently serving the Multifamily division.
The Senior RPM role is designed to provide added support for our property management teams. These leaders not only oversee their own portfolios but also mentor and guide Regional Property Managers, strengthening team performance and helping grow future leaders from within.
Jennifer began her career with WPM in 2013 as a Property Manager and has grown steadily within the organization. She was promoted to Senior Property Manager in 2017 and then to RPM in 2019, when she was recognized for her professional, proactive, and dedicated approach to serving WPM communities. A past recipient of Property Manager of the Year by her local NAA affiliate, Jennifer holds a CAM designation and is actively pursuing her CAPS and CPM designations.
Throughout her time at WPM, Jennifer has been an active contributor to the Marketing and Training Committee, a graduate and instructor in the FLITE leadership program, and a steady mentor to many. Most recently, she has been involved in the Pathfinders group, working closely with MRE Next to shape the future of the division.
In her new role, Jennifer will continue to oversee her current portfolio while also mentoring and supporting other RPMs. She now serves alongside Annemarie Hobson, who joined WPM as a Senior RPM earlier this year.
Annemarie brings over three decades of experience, with a strong background in operations, revenue management, and team development. Known for transforming underperforming portfolios and fostering high-performing teams, Annemarie previously oversaw 10 communities for one of the largest privately held multifamily owners in the country. She has been recognized three times as Regional Manager of the Year by the Delaware Apartment Association and has served multiple terms as its President. Her deep industry knowledge, mentoring mindset, and ability to quickly assess and elevate property performance have already made a meaningful impact at WPM.
Together, Jennifer and Annemarie strengthen our leadership bench and reinforce WPM’s commitment to developing talent from within while continuing to attract top performers to provide high-touch support to our teams and clients.
We’re excited about what this next chapter means for our multifamily division and look forward to the continued leadership and collaboration of our Senior RPM team.
